International Cat Day: Celebrities' Love for Cats

International Cat Day, celebrated on the 8th of August, is a 24 hour recognition

and veneration of one of humanity's most beloved and oldest pets. The festivities
were put together for the first time in 2002 by IFAW, the International Fund for
Animal Welfare, among other animal rights groups, to celebrate the most popular
pet on the planet.

In the rush of today's world, where not one person has time for another, but
Bollywood celebrities often take over social media to share the precious momens
of their lives with others. On International Cats Day, they posted pictures of their
time spent with their pets. Some of them are even forthcoming to be associated
with various animal NGOs. While most of them have dogs as their pets, some
opted for cats. On International Cats Day, we came across some leading ladies of
Bollywood who absolutely adore their little balls of fur.

Edward Bhatt, and has been admiring it since then. Alia believes that her
therapist comes with four legs and fur, and is a remedy to her sickness.
