    Need to perform a chemical


    analysis of the filler wire. This
    should match with the chemical
    composition as mentioned in the
    standard AWS A 5.7 - table -1 .
    1 CHEMICAL ANALYSIS 1 RSML
    Chemical analysis shall include
    Cu,Ag,Zn,Mn,Fe,Si,P,Al,Pb. And all
    other elements which are not
    included in this list shall be listed
    as "total other elements"

    Cast diameter of the wire shall be


    2 CAST DIAMETER 1 WELD MARKETING
    between 320 mm to 1020 mm
    Helix of weld wire shall be 25 mm
    3 HELIX 1 WELD MARKETING
