Authorities & Responsibilities of Planning Engineer

Name of Region:- Gurgaon

This list will be updated as when required.

Job Profile:-
1 To coordinate with Sales team of TPI Services for new requirements and payment recovery.
2 To understand the requirements of new project / TPI Activities as per Sale's Team In Put.
3 To coordinate with HR and Admin Department for planning the resources ( Human & Facility management)
4 To coordinate with project leader(s) and Local In-Charge for day to day planning and execution of TPI Services.
5 To interview the candidates.
6 To support Commercial person for inwarding, billing & payment follow up. ( Commercial person - Local)
7 To collect the data of time office from different projects of TPI Services, from Team Leader(s) and individual and forward it to
HRD on day to day basis.
8 To coordinate with HR department for training and skill development activities of local TPI Team Members. And to maintain
the records of training imparted to TPI team members.
9 To follow and maitain the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System Reocrds and documentations.
10 To maintain the MIS and forward it to local in-charge.
11 To maintain the Contract Tracker of Local TPI Service centres, and forward it to accounts department and business head.
12 To maintain the record of expenditure, project wise and forward to Local In-Charge & business head for approval purpose.
13 To maitain the Skill Matrix of local TPI team members, in coordination with HRD.
14 To organize meetings of project leaders/Supervisors ( local) at local office.
15 To maintain training manual (copy for local TPI Team).
16 To coordinate with Purchase department for purchasing needs of local TPI Team.
17 To forward BR to Business head - TPI Services for final approval.
18 To maitain project wise files at local office.
19 To make budgetary demands for Man power planning, capital expenditures, etc. to manager.

Responsibilities:-
1 To maintain the team size as per TPI contract's / PO's requirement.
2 To provide resources on time.
3 To plan and execute training sessions for local TPI Team, and maitain the records of effectiveness, accordingly.
4 To submit MIS report on month to month basis.
5 To recruite new team members.
6 To maintain Skill matrix and local TPI Team database.
7 Effective utilization of man power.
8 To verify the compliance related requirement's status at all project locations.
9 To interact with supporting functions as and when required.
10 Maintainance of Quality Records as Objective Evidence to demonstrate control over activities.
11 To ensure that Quality Policy and Quality objectives are understood at all level.
12 To ensure that Organization structure established at all projects.

Authorities:-
1 To make PR in coordination with local commercial assistant & to sign the PR under heading checked by.
2 To sign the expenditure statements of local TPI Team under heading of prepared by.
3 To scrutinize candidates as per profile suitable to requirements of services.
