Professional Goals/Growth Plan

Goal and Rationale: By the end of PS1 I want to develop the skills and strategies
that I have learned in my classes and use them to mediate classroom management
and address minor behaviour issues effectively and efficiently. Building these skills
and strategies will allow me to better take control of the classroom, especially when
the students are becoming loud and disruptive.
