THE INFLUENCE OF THE SPIRITUAL QUESTION(SQ) TO

PREMARITAL SEX BEHAVIOR PREVENTION IN TEENAGERS
(Study in Senior High School XI IPS SMA N 3 Bangkalan)

ABSTRACT

Premarital sexual behavior is a behavior that influence a passion before marriage. In the
reality, the largest premarital sexual behaviours indicate to teenagers. The study purpose to
analyze the influence of the spiritual question (SQ) to premarital sex behaviour prevention
in teenagers study in Senior High School XI IPS SMA N 3 Bangkalan.

The Design of this research was the analytic with cross sectional approach. The population
was students and students of Class XI IPS in SMAN 3 Bangkalan as many as 135 people
and sample were 100 people. The independent variable was spiritual question and
dependent variable was premarital sex behaviour prevention in teenagers. The sampling
technique was using simple Random Sampling. Data collection used questionnaire.
Analysis of data was using spearman rank test statistics.

Based on the results of the research data obtained by the spiritual question students and
students almost entirely spiritual question has high as many as 98 people (98 percent).
Spearman rank test result statistics obtained (0,376) < (0.05). Thus it can be concluded
there is no spiritual influence question (SQ) against premarital sex behaviour prevention in
teenagers in class XI of SMAN 3 Bangkalan.

With this research, for health workers and teachers BP (guidance counseling) to do
counseling-Counseling about the dangers of premarital sex to students and students do not
perform the premarital sex
.
