The Advising Office Many colleges and
universities have different models for
advising. Most assign each student

used it several times already and I am only in
my first semester. I would not know what

students find campus jobs, determine
appropriate majors, secure internships,

less formal office or designated person on
campus, your student may want to find
some spiritual support at some point during

The counseling center can be of great help. I
have never personally gone but I know of
friends that have gone and it has helped
them. The counseling center can help with
stress and other emotional problems that may
hinder your academic performance.
I have also looks into the career office at
UNCC more since my inquiry. I have learned
that you can get professional photos made
and they can help you get jobs and find
internships as well.
I have never heard of a spiritual life office on
campus but maybe I can look into this and
add it to my inquiry.
