Passengers must show their ID documents at the departure gate

For trips operating outside of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, it is the passengers
responsibility to ensure they have a valid visa and passport for the journey, a 72
reservation must be confirmed 72 hours before departure
Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the bus

Front seats are dedicated for families only

It is prohibited to carry dangerous and illegal items as well as any animals, fish,

birds and liquids
The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage to passengers luggage or

other personal effects. Its responsibility is limited to SAR350 as a maximum 350
compensation for each missing piece of luggage, subject to the completion of the
required documentation and production of the luggage tag

Any items of luggage which are missing must be notified to a company official

within 15 minutes of arrival knowing that company is not responsible for any lost
property inside the bus
Passengers should be at the departure point no later than 60 minutes before

departure

Luggage that is shipped by the company is subject to luggage policies and
