1.

Describe the setting, the grades you taught and explain the purpose of this placement:

In this interview I will talk about my experience with teaching practice, I taught KG 2-4 and their
age around 4-6 . The purpose of teaching practice is that training and qualification play an
important role in promote the knowledge of teaching professionals. In addition, its keep us
updated in the world of their profession and enables them to interact with the experiences of others.

2. How did you demonstrate professional behavior as a trainee teacher in the school?

As I am a trainer teacher, I have to demonstrate professional behavior to the school staff and that
become by

For example, respect all the employees in the school, including students.
Be on time ,
Participation in suggestions about the curriculum, didactic methods, teachers, or the
learning environment in a respectful, professional manner.

3. What difficulties did you face in planning seven differentiated lesson plans to ensure that
they included a range of activity types for the whole class, groups and individuals

I faced a difficulties for creating the lesson plans specially in the lesson introducing as its should
including clear concept explanation. However as the students need activities compatible with their
levels so I tried to search for activities that compatible with their level.

4. What strategies did you use to monitor student progress across a range of connected
teaching sessions including class, group, pair, and individual work.
To implement student progress monitoring, the teacher determines a student's skills that
the student will be learning that school year and identifies achievement goals that the
student needs to reach by the end of the year. And my strategy is evaluate students skills.
Provide examples of and describe the formative assessment instruments such as as
anecdotal notes, checklists, Traffic Lights, photos, children self-assessment, Learning
Journey, etc.. you used to evaluate student performance in a variety of activity types:
The best assessment intruments I used it in teaching practicum are checklists, which is
more easer way that the goals the students have, reach it .And the other one is evaluate
them by writing comments.

5. Which teaching strategies did you find were particularly effective and explain why with
reference to educational theory and/or experience?

The most effective strategy I used it in the school is physicals activities which is I create for the
students physical activity for introducing the lesson. According to Piaget childs cognitive
structure increases in sophistication with development, moving from a few innate reflexes such as
crying and sucking to highly complex mental activities (PIAGET, 2011). However , about my
teaching philosophy ,In the last semester, my teaching philosophy was improving my teaching
language so in this semester I try hard to reach this goal by using more vocabulary with the students
and learned the teacher language by observing my MST and the students how to have more
experience.
