DLS-3 V1.3 - List of New Features included in DLS-3 V1.

All Panels and Modules that were supported by DLS-3 v1.20 are included in this
distribution, with the addition of many Power, Classic, New Classic, and Maxsys
Panels and modules.

Feature additions to DLS-3 v1.30 include:

* Windows 2000 Professional is now supported
* Event Buffer speed improvements
* Communications efficiency optimization
* Many Classic panels are now supported
* Additional Power panels supported
* Additional Maxsys panels supported
* International special character support (Latin-2, Cyrillic)
* Change to User Permissions, you may not grant others access you do not have
* Minor navigational changes to the table of contents

Compatibility
The DLS-3 will be compatible with Win '95, '98, '98SE and NT v4.0 Workstation (with
Service Pack 3 or greater) and Windows 2000 Professional only. Windows 3.1 is not
supported by DLS-3. As other panel / module files are generated they can be added
to the existing installation.

DLS-3 v1.30 is supported by following modems:

* Stradcom Pocket Modem (only if the UK CD-Key is used)
