Teller Coordinators lead teams of tellers to help customers meet their financial goals and give a warm
welcome to everyone who walks into the branch ; all while assisting in the administration and
supervision of the teller area. Teller Coordinators prepare work schedules, provide input on
performance reviews; participate in new teller training and mentoring; provide ongoing training and
support to other tellers; and perform teller duties. Teller Coordinators also provide solutions to
customers more complex questions and concerns.

Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years of consecutive, current, and proven success experience in cash handling
and/or customer service
- Physical requirements: May be required to stand for extended periods of time and may be required
to lift bags/boxes of coin weighing up to 50 pounds

Preferred Skills/Experience
- Thorough knowledge of teller services, customer service/relations, and staffing/recruiting
- Thorough knowledge of banking operations, compliance, and products
- Basic clerical and processing skills
- Strong reading, writing and mathematical skills
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and coworkers
- Proven commitment to quality customer service
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously

Job Description
Purpose of this position is to assist maintenance mechanics with various tasks in a 206
bed long-term care facility. The laborer will assist skilled trades' personnel by completing
manual labor tasks associated with the construction and maintenance of facility
structures, accomplish routine grounds maintenance, and assist with routine
maintenance of equipment.

Description
Develops programs and services for teens and preteens, ages 11-18. The Teen
Librarian creates an environment that attracts and invites teens to use the library.
Cultivates relationships with middle and high school teachers and librarians; presents
programs of interest to teens; assists customers of all ages at public service desks with
information and reference questions; assists and instructs customers with their use of
library computers, personal electronic devices, and other technologies; and performs
collection management duties focused on materials of interest to teens.
Examples of Duties
Designs, implements, and evaluates public programming and community
engagement activities for teens and those that work with teens
Develops and maintains effective relationships with schools, community groups,
agencies and non-profits that target teens in order to plan and deliver programs and
services that meet local teen needs and interests
Provides collection development for all formats of teen material collections
Assists and advises customers with their use of library resources in all formats
Assists customers in their use of library technology and equipment; performs basic
troubleshooting with hardware, software, and webpages. Maintains current awareness
of developments in technology as they relate to libraries and library users, including
knowledge of mobile and handheld devices
Answers informational and reference questions for customers of all ages
Merchandises books and other library materials to enhance their appeal and promote
their use
Contributes to the library's webpage, newsletter, and social media
Participates in departmental and library committees
Attends and participates in professional activities, conferences, and committees,
including on-site and virtual professional development opportunities and training
Assists with monitoring and correcting customer behavior to ensure a safe and
welcoming environment
Requirements
