EDICT NO. 295-B

ADDEND UM TO EDICT NO. 295 AND EDICT NO. 295-A TO EDICT CALLING FOR A
SPECIAL COMMUNICATION PURSUANT TO SEC. 2, ARTICLE IV, PART I
OF THE CO NSTITUTION AND APPROVED RESOLUTION DURING THE
ANNUAL COMMUNICATION OF 2017

WHEREAS, Edict No. 295 and Edict No. 295-A (Tolentino) were issued calling for
a Special Communication pursuant to Section 2, Article IV, Part I of the Constitution and
approved resolution during the Annual Communication of 2017;

WHEREAS, based on the said edicts, the Objectives of the Special Communication
are limited to the following, to wit:

a. Integrate with our existing Masonic law book all Edicts approved
beginning the term of MW Gabionza in order to update the Constitution
of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the
Philippines, as presently contained in the Masonic Law Book, Centennial
Edition, covering Part I, Part II, Part III and Part IV thereof;
b. Deliberate and vote upon the unfinished business ofANCOM 2017; and
c. Deliberate and vote upon the Edicts amendatory of the Constitution
and/or Ordinances issued by the Grand Master before the Special
Communication; and
d. Reading and approval of the Minutes of the Annual Communication of
2017.

No other business shall be transacted at the Special Communication other

than for this purpose.

WHEREAS, in view of the gathering of all the official delegates during the Special
Communication which shall be the same delegates during the Annual Communication
(ANCOM) 2018 and considering the huge amount of expenses to be defrayed for the
event, it will be to the benefit of the fraternity that the Grand Master submits and
includes his repo rt as of 19 December 2017 as partial Grand Master's Report for the
approval of the official delegates during the Special Communication as one of the
objectives therein:

"By your Grip, we are here to serve, and not be served even beyond the Cabletow."

NOW THEREFORE, I, ABRAHAM N. TOLENTINO, Grand Master of the Most

Worshipful Grand Lodge of the Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines, by virtue
of the powers in me vested by the Constitution, do hereby promulgate and decree as
follows:

A partial Grand Master's Report as of 19 December 2017 be included as one of

the Objectives of the Special Communication pursuant to the call of the Grand Master
under Sec.2, Article IV, Part I of the Constitution.

With the inclusion of the Grand Master's Report as of December 19, 2017, the
Objectives of the Special Communication are now as follows:

I. Pursuant to the approved Resolution during the Annual

Communication:

a. Deliberate and vote upon the unfinished business of ANCOM 2017;

II. Pursuant to Sec. 2, Article IV, Part I of the Constitution as called by

the Grand Master:

b. Reading and approval of the Minutes of the Annual Communication of

2017;

c. Integration with our existing Masonic law book all Edicts approved
beginning the term of MW Gabionza in order to update the
Constitution of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted
Masons of the Philippines, as presently contained in the Masonic Law
Book, Centennial Edition, covering Part I, Part II, Part III and Part IV
thereof;

d. Deliberate and vote upon the Edicts amendatory of the Constitution

and/or Ordinances issued by the Grand Master before the Special
Communication; and

e. Partial Grand Master's Report containing all other Edicts, Circulars,

Judicial Pronouncements, Administrative Orders issued and such
other actions undertaken by the Grand Master before the Special
Communication.

No other business shall be transacted at the Special Communication

other than for this purpose.

The followi ng shall be the Order of Business in the Special Communication:

i. Opening of the Grand Lodge;

ii. Reception of Past Grand Masters;

iii. Reception of Guest of Honor and Speaker; (Note: Grand Master of

Grand Lodge of Spain signified his intention to be the Guest of
Honor and Speaker to talk about the 10Qth year Anniversary of
Unification)
iv. Prayer by the Grand Chaplain;
v. Singing of the National Anthem;
vi. Tribute to the Flag
vii. Panunumpa sa Watawat;
viii. Singing of the Grand Lodge Hymn;
ix. Grand Oration;
! x. Introduction of the Guest of Honor and Speaker;
! xi. Message of the Guest of Honor and Speaker;
: xii. Retirement of the Guest of Honor and Speaker;
xiii. Roll Call of Delegates and Determination of Quorum;
xiv. Transaction of Business;
xv. Adjournment;
xvi. Closing of the Grand Lodge

This Edict shall be read in open Lodge at the Stated Meeting following its receipt
and action n thereon duly recorded in the Minutes of said Stated Meetings.
