Duties: As a part time teacher I work with students in small groups to refine and
concentrate on areas students struggled with, these subjects mostly included math,
reading and writing. Weekly documentation of the student's progress and
communication was needed to identify areas of needs and improvement

Facilitated and managed Tier 1 Response to Intervention (RTI) sessions with


students in grades K-6th. Primarily worked on fluency, comprehension, and word
recognition. Each group completed a quarter project based on schools learning
dispositions using technology.
