Strength:- Qualified faculty, Separate Classroom, Well stocked Seminar Library,

Responsive Students and proper study atmosphere.

Weakness: - Shortage of faculty, No demonstrator, no special funds for Study

Tour and faculty exchange programme, No attendant, No toilet facility for ladies

staff of the Department.

Opportunities: -Generation of Human Resources, Motivating students to take

research as career.

Challenge:-To motivate students to pursue Higher studies, to compete national

level through different competition.

students to pursue Higher studies in the field of social science at outside state

universities.
