Abstract

A case of a 86 year old Female from Don Pedro Cui St. San
Antonio, Cebu City, City was admitted at Perpetual Succour
Hospital- Emergency Room last November 10, 2017 at 3:05 PM.
Patients chief complaint was difficulty in breathing. Her
breathing was shallow and rapid. She has type 2 diabetes
mellitus and hypertensive.

The patient had a number of problems but without any

specific diagnosis. She has cardiomegaly with pulmonary
congestion, progressing bilateral pleural effusion, fibrosis,
heart attack and thoracic spondylosis

Patient had undergone undergone surgeries on the year

1990s. She had mastectomy on her left breast and a knee
replacement on her left knee. She has maintenance medications
for her hypertension and her type 2 diabetes mellitus.
