    HOW TO: File a claim for Accidental Damage/Liquid Damage

    Step A. Log in to OneAssist


    1. Visit https://www.oneassist.in/
    2. If you have a User ID and Password, then please click on Login

    Else,
    Please click on Generate Password

    3. Enter your registered email address and click on SUBMIT

    4. Click on the Reset Password link, sent on your mail.

    5. After clicking on the link you will be redirected to enter your new password

    6. Enter your new password. Click on SUBMIT. Then proceed to login and follow Step B

    Step B. Submitting the documents for your claim


    After you have logged in your account at OneAssist, you will be shown the below page
    1. Click on My Membership/Claims

    2. Click on your SR number SR#<number>

    3. You will be taken to a page where in you are required to fill in some details. Within the
    Customer Details, you are required to fill in the following mandatory fields and then
    click Next

    4. You will be taken to Handset Details section. Review the information present and
    then click Next

    5. You will be taken to Damage Details section, select appropriate fields. Click Review
    and Submit to go to the Uploads Documents section

    Click here to select date

    Click here to select time

    Select damage type

    Mandatory details

    Write detailed description

    6. Please review the information you have entered by clicking on Review. After reviewing,
    again click on Review and Submit and then click on Submit

    7. At Upload Documents section you are required to upload the below mandatory
    documents. Please note that the image should be clear and text within image should be
    clear. Scroll down to upload the documents

    Please select appropriate files to upload and then click Upload.
