SITE ANALYSIS

The site is located in Quezon city, Philippines and is bounded by 2-storey residential buildings on its side
and rear, and At the front of the site is an 8 meter wide road and across it is a residential area. there is a strong
vehicular traffic generating in the neighborhood and There may be some vehicle noises produced in front of the site
that may cause disturbances. The site slopes down from rear to front by 3 meters and is angled 30 degrees (true
north)

The site has to accommodate the views to the surrounding residential buildings. At the front, the views will
be the 8 meter wide road and another residential property. Front, back and side setbacks are required and there are
no any projected changes that would alter the dimensional characteristics of the site such as street widening or
purchase of additional properties. Quezon City also is prone to flooding in some areas.

Prevailing winds, hanging Amihan and hahing habagat (colder and will pass through west Philippines sea),
will be hitting the site mostly from the northeast and southwest area side. Wind patterns may vary since there are
obstructions surrounding the site including the residential buildings that bound it. The sun will also penetrate the site
from the eastern side during sunrise, southern side during noon (hitting the site on its lower read left edge part) and
western side during sunset considering true north. The north and south sun penetrations will be more maximized
since east and west sun penetration is longer and hotter.

Located at the heart of Metro Manila, Quezon City is also its strategic convergence point for the metropolitan
road and transportation networks, making the City an ideal distribution hub. It is easily accessible from the major
