45.18.1.2.3 8. Involvement of stakeholders
During the reporting period complaints / interpellations were not received from members of public or
civil public organizations.

On a monthly basis, the contractor together with the social and environmental specialist met with local
health authorities to strengthen systematic collaboration such as: efficient use of local health services to
provide services where needed. The contractor facilitates medical care to maintain staff health and work
protection.
The contractor has developed and submitted a specific, detailed traffic planning plan for each type of
work, approved by the Engineer, which corresponds to the approved General Traffic Management Plan.
The visibility, safety of vehicles and pedestrians in peak hours is in order. Repaired parts are isolated
from the rest of the road through the net and panels for road repair. The contractor has on site all
necessary equipment and a qualified road traffic safety specialist who monitors compliance with the
traffic organization plan. Monitoring is done to prevent any disturbance or degradation of the
environment and to protect both the General Directorate of Public Transport and the Communication Way
and the affected parties from unjustified statements of accusations of environmental damage.

45.18.1.2.4 9. Interaction and community development.

Discussions with civil society is through verbal explanation regarding the prohibition of
unauthorized access to the site in case of irregular crossing of the road by the citizens.
Road signs, light sources, parapets and other trafficking equipment, as well as the road surface on

the exclusion of the need to close the sector.
Temporary traffic conditions have been redirected in relation to construction work and properly
maintained without allowing the production of dust by spraying with water, if necessary.
Maintenance of the equipment is in accordance with the requirements of the project.
Staff training is through general-purpose training and regular training at work.
The Emergency Plan is being drafted and emergency situations within this period have not been
