amount of sulphur in them are 1.1, 1.6 and 2.7 respectively. Determine the fraction of sulphur
in coke and coke oven gas.

2. (a) What are the differences between non-renewable and renewable energy resources? Explain with
examples.

(b) Calculate the calorific value (in kcal/m3 at 1atm, 273K) of the fuel containing CH4 87%, C2H6
4%, C3H8 1%, N2 and CO2 is the rest.
