for women and men, we rely on a group of exceptionally skilled fashion designers who come from the
country's famous fashion institutes. First they start out by understanding and studying the latest trends,
carrying out analysis on how the adoption of these trends can be done, choosing the colors and styles which
can make the offering astonishing and then finalizing both the formal and casual designs for every season and
occasions. After approval of the designs, they are sent for production. Our Production Team there uses up to
date and latest technology to match the level required to produce perfect and flawless weaving, printing,
embroidery, cutting, styling, stitching and packing. J. is a full-fledged fashion retail brand for men, women,
children, and teens' wear. J.'s women's wear Kurta Collection, Lawn (Stitched and Unstitched), Silk Collection,
Hand-Woven Collection, Nearing (Stitched and Unstitched), Trouser, Jewelry, Stoles, J.'s Men's wear J. Kurta
Bonnet, Shalwar Qameez, Waistcoat, Unstitched Fabric, Sherwani, Turban, Khussa and other accessories for
the groom include Shoes , Accessories, Perfumes, Groom's Wear, Children's Wear J.

Requirement of the company


A successful implementation of an ERP system can only be done through a clear requirement analysis.
During this step, specifications, QA, workflow are developed and clear analysis is conducted on the
basis of organizational activities.

Evaluation
After a clear analysis of the requirements of the company, the next step is to correctly access and
convey to key members to understand the risks of the ERP implementation.

Planning of project
In planning phase of the project, we define the activities associated with the project and end results
that will be performed and describe how activities will be accomplished.

Model of the business


We check the current organization structure and configure the ERP system to work in accordance with
business practices of the organization. During this phase, we might need to change current business
processes/procedures to align with the ERP system.

ERP modules installation


The installation of ERP modules such as Customer relationship management (CRM),
ACCOUNTING/FINANCE, WAREHOUSE, SALES etc. in accordance with the needs of the organization.

Getting ODOO ERP LIVE


After the completion of all the important steps, we would proceed with the ODOO ERP going live stage
and turn it into a success for the organization

Migration of data
After the phase of configuration and implementation is done, it is time to get started with transfer of
data from old system to the new system. The data transferring is done in a proper manner so that all
the data is transferred and no data is lost or duplicated.

Proper Training Plan


A properly-designed training plan is developed to allow end users within the organization to adapt to
the change.

CHALLENGES FACED DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION:
There are several challenges and issues that are faced by organizations while implementing an ERP system.

COMPANY NEEDS:
The first step is to check the needs of the ERP system with accordance with business process and practices that is
followed within the organization. Then it is to decide whether to implement ERP system in accordance to the business
process or to change the business process to align with the system.

TRAINING OF USERS:
Due to the lack of technical expertise and experience of the users in terms of ERP systems as new users dont
have the adequate knowledge, proper training has to be provided to all users for the successful use of the ERP
system to properly perform all business activities.

TIME REQUIRED IN IMPLEMENTATION:


The implementation of an ERP requires as it is impossible to do at once, because ERP has many modules and
they are implemented one by one. Many companies use phase by phase implementation process and install
one module at a time.

ISSUES OF COMPATIBILITY WITH ERP MODULES


Compatibility problems with the Modules of ERP leads to hurdles in integration of modules. It is very
important to have a contingency plan to tackle these compatibility issues.

COMING OUT OF COMFORT ZONE:


It is a characteristic that individuals are reluctant in leaving their customary ranges of familiarity and that there
is vulnerability in change, accordingly they are reluctant to receive new changes, so it is very essential that the
users are competent and skilled to accept and adapt the change which is always a hurdle in implementation of
an ERP.

provide insights on business processes/procedures and assess essential areas for improvement.

The integration of advance e-commerce can be done in ERP systems web-based order tracking/
processing can be handled by most of the ERP systems.

There are number of modules in an ERP software like Accounting, HRM (Human Resource
Management), Sales, Supply Chain/Warehouse, Customer relationship management (CRM), Project
Management, etc. Some features of these modules are:

Purchase
All the processes that are part of procurement of items or raw materials that are necessary for
an organization are taken care of by purchase module. Purchase module consist of features like
vendor listing, supplier & item linking, sending quotation and request to vendors, preparation
of purchase orders, tracking the purchase items & updating stocks & various reports.

Sales
The functions of placement of order, shipping, the order scheduling and invoicing are done by
sales module. E-Commerce websites of companies have sales module integrated with them.
Some functions of sales module are as follows:

a) Quotations management
We can create new quotations or create a quotations directly from an opportunity through the
sales module. ERP is also providing valuable features in the sales module like products on
hands, forecasted quantity and public price etc. and the most importantly quotations are
opened in PDF and you can sent it directly through email for the confirmation of your clients.

b) Sales orders and Invoices


Another function of sales module is the management of sales orders and invoices. Through this
feature one can create sales orders for multiple number of products with multiple order lines.

c) Delivery Process
With this function an organization can manage their delivery process easily. Calculation of cost and
invoices of deliveries are also possible.

Warehouse
Also known as Inventory module, it can be used to track the quantity of items. Unique serial
numbers can be assigned to items for identification. Through the use of serial numbers of
items, inventory system can track the location of the items and trace its latest whereabouts in
the organization.

CRM department plays an important role in boosting the sales performance through superior
customer service & maintaining healthy relations with customers. All the data associated with
customers is available in CRM module.

Accounting
The module of accounting is very essential for any organization because the financial position of
the company relies on it. All the records of all finance such as financial statements, bank
statements, liabilities, expenses, profit and loss statements etc. are available on the module of
finance. Financial data that is necessary for successfully running a business is available with just
one click in accounting module.

Website Builder
Most ERP systems allows companies to build your own company websites to improve your
business operation. You can get a website through that will automatically adjust effectively and
efficiently to fit your business brand and effective style guidelines. Some features of website
builder are:
a) Ecommerce:
The feature of ecommerce enables an organization to reach to customers very easily as
there is no geographic limitations, customer orders are processed promptly through
storefront website applications, and credentials of the customer can also be checked.
b) Contact Form
This feature allows can generate leads in an effective manner by gathering the data of the
customers through the information filled by customers in contact forms.

Due to being a modular software framework, its easy to implement either some modules or many modules
based on what the requirements of an organization are.

CONCLUSION
In any business, the process of ERP implementation requires a lot of commitment, time and effort on research, planning
and decision making. With the proper deployment of ERP system, it can be helpful for an organization to build and plan
for future growth and with the proper selection of an ERP system will enhanced the organization efficiency in terms of
productivity. ODOO ERP system is the adequate choice as it offers many business benefits which are the requirements of
most organizations. It can support any SME companies as well as large enterprises.
