SCHOOL RULES

A-Level

1. Parents are requested to handover their wards at the school gate and leave
immediately and are requested to co-operate with the traffic personnel to
minimize traffic congestion.

2. Students must be punctual. Late arrivers will not be allowed. Requests will not be
entertained. Students should be present according to their class schedule.

3. Students not in proper uniform will not be allowed inside the school premises.
Students must wear their small I.D. cards and also carry their subject cards.

4. Upon entrance, students must register their attendance at the office, failing which
they will be marked absent.

5. Hair should be short for boys. Spiking and gels are not allowed.

6. Girls must tie their hair. Hair dye of any colour is not allowed. No make up is
allowed. Students are not allowed to keep long nails.

7. Must bring raincoats or umbrellas on rainy days.

8. Personal parties & celebrations are not allowed in school.

9. Magazines, MP3 Player, iPOD, Camera and CDs are not allowed. If found, it will
be confiscated and will not be returned. Students who want to use their cell phones
must take permission from the administration to make any calls.

10. Students may be detained after school for serious misconduct.

11. A letter of absence is required after the student misses school. If a student
remains absent for more than one month without prior permission he/ she will be
required to leave the school.

12. Students can take books home from the school Library after getting the
membership card on payment of Tk. 1,000/- as caution money.

13. Students taking Physics, Chemistry, Biology or ICT have to pay Tk. 500/- per
month as lab charge.

14. Physical violence, abusive language, academic dishonesty, or plagiarism will not
be tolerated. A student involved in any such act may be expelled from school if
considered necessary.

15. The principal can in the interest of the school and without assigning any reason,
ask a parent to remove a child during the academic session.
