1. Tell me about yourself.

Im graduated in telecommunications and before I studied electronics. I chose this one because
when I was a kid I was always playing with electronic games or computers.

2. What is your experience in this field?

I started working in electronics and IT companies since I was 18, installing and repairing equipment.

When I graduated, I joined a company dedicated to establish traffic control systems.

3. What are your strengths?

Im organized and friendly, planner as well. Im also curious person that enjoy learning.

4. What are your weaknesses?

There are times I am too direct and honest and I may seem distant.

Sometimes stubborn.

5. Where do you see yourself in five years?

I believe that I will be in a place where I could develop my career and more settled in Malta.

6. What do you know about our company?

I think that Go is the leading company in telecommunications in Malta and they started as a public
company offering basic telephony services and it ended being privatized and Go is the first company
introducing optical fibre to the home in the island.

7. Are you good at dealing with change?

Yes, I dont have any problems. I always adapt to the circumstances.

8. Do you work well under pressure?

Yes, I dont have any problem with that. Its more, I enjoy working under pressure.

9. How do you make important decisions?

First of all, I study the case analysing pros and cons and finally I take the decision with logic and
studying the probabilities of success.

10. Why did you leave your last job?

Seeing the crisis in my country directly affected the development of my career, I decided start a
business.

11. Why would you like to work with us?

Because Go is the leading company in its sector and I think that it has a great potential for
development.

12. What salary do you expect?

I would like to be paid just for my work and my responsibilities.

13. What can you bring to our company?

Determination, dedication and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Self-
motivation.

I would prefer to work in a team but I dont have any problem with work alone.

15. How do you work as a team?

My colleagues told about me that it was easy and rewarding to work with me because I am always
willing to tackle new projects.

16. How long do you expect to stay working for us if you would be
hired?

I wish it were for a long time, as long as I feel like I'm doing a good job and you feel it the same way.

17. What is your ideal job position?

A job where I can contribute and grow with the company. A job I like what I do and I like the people
with I work.
