Please take notice that the Mayor of the City of Franklin will be meeting with the following
listed Department Heads to discuss their respective department budgets for purposes of preparing
the Mayor’s 2011 Recommended Budget. Members of the public and press are invited to attend.
The times provided below are estimates. The meeting will commence at 9:30 a.m. and each
subsequent department will immediately follow the department preceding it on the list below,
except that there will be a scheduled break following the Fire Department. The remaining
departments will begin at 1 p.m. with the last being scheduled at 3:15 p.m.
**Notice is given that a majority of members of the Common Council of the municipality may attend this meeting to
gather information about an agenda item over which they have decision-making responsibility. This may constitute
a meeting of the Common Council per State ex rel. Badke v. Greendale Village Bd. even though the Common
Council will not take formal action at this meeting.
