APOLOGY LETTER FOR NOT ATTENDING CLASS.

Respected Miss Kee,

I, Mohamad Amirul Hakim bin Mohd Faizul, am writing this letter to apologize for not being able
to attend the class on the evening of Tuesday, 13th June 2017. I apologise that I had missed
such an important lecture.

It was not in any way intentional that I did not attend the class of Tuesday. On said Tuesday, at
approximately 1.00 pm, I went back to my hostel to get a quick rest. This was because I was
feeling particularly restless since I did not get enough sleep the night before. Because I was
unconscious, I was unaware that my classmate had tried to call my phone in an effort to alert
me, which lead to me missing the class.

I really hope that you will understand my situation and will forgive me for not being able to come
for the class that day. Please accept my sincere apologies and I will accept any task that you
see fit to assign me, to cover up the lesson that I have missed on in the previous class.

Thank you for considering my situation, and I end my letter with sincere apologies.
