Deviation of head improved after wiping the nozzle surface, however,

the other 2 head did not improve by wiping the nozzle surface.

The returned condition of head differed from the other 2 heads.

It was in a bag, and whole printhead was wet.

No differences in the level of deviation by the driving waveforms is confirmed.

In some cases, the deviation improved by wiping.

It can be assumed that a partial water repellency of the nozzle caused deviation.

In some cases, deviation could not improve even by wiping or cleaning inside the head.
The deviation could be caused by foreign substances generated inside the nozzle.
It is difficult to recover as those cannot be removed by wiping or cleaning the fluidics.

Question
The returning condition of the head which deviation
improved by wiping ( 671P3U0721E) only differed from
the other 2 heads.
Is there any handling differences before the return to us?
