This project is completely relevance of the thematic priorities 3, specific object 3.

2, with focus
groups and activities directed on providing better preserving and presenting culture heritage by
introducing new technologies such as 3D scanning and on line platform. However, to do it, in a
first place on a both museums we need to install systems for absorbing moisture, which destroyinfg
artefacts. Only after that, we could be preparing exhibitions, selecting, conserving, scanning and
presenting artefacts in some diffrent package from usually as an interactive, virtual and more
closer to target groups.
This project, with content ant theritory,which covered one part of Danube river (theritory of
municipality Stara Pazova and Indjija) completely achievment of the EU Strategies for Danube
Region and giving possibility of networking with same similar project, orienting on historical,natural
and/or culture heritage.
Our project supporting regional partnership, and actions selected under this cross border
cooperation programme shall deliver clear cross border impact and benefits because is
completely keeps it in Sremski okrug and Semberija. Project tributary on the better preserved the
historical and natural heritage and traditions of cross border area. Its seen in percentage of
increase in the number of visitors to existing cultural events (achieve up to 20% relative to now), in
number people being target of an awareness rising camapaign for the promotion of cultural events.
Also, could be measurement number of new cultural events to connect people of the programme
area, such as two times two Open days and two exhibition, one virtual, on line museum with 700
artefacts on it. We expect to printing 300 pieces of Catalogue of exhibition.
Fulfilled cross border cooperation criteria are joint development, joint implementation and joint
financing. Joint financing will be achieved by finance Municipality of Ruma,Bijeljina and Irig. We are
working together with our project team on this and together developing different ways of protection
and preservations culture heritage. Join implementation means that the project will be
implementing in this cross border area on same way with a similar focus groups.
After implementations these two institutions will be cooperate and further because they have same
activity and same inerests, so they would be have working on promotions of museum in target
groups. They also will be able to exchange expirience in cultur heritage.
In program area, in both museums are same problems bad conditions for preserving culture
historical heritage and small number of visitors. Realization this project will improve better
preserving of artefacts, and by digitalizations of the part collection we have too much interested
exhibitions than this is usually. Bijeljina Municipality have 114 336 citizens, and in first three months
2017 have 3437 tourists. Also, there are 13500 pupils and 2000 students here. Ruma Municipality
have 54339 citizens,but with include Indjija and Stara Pazova and Irig (because Museum covering
all of this terithory) its a number of ca 180000 citizens and area of all East Srem, with 13131
tourists last year in Ruma, and with 12000 pupils and ca 3000 students. Of this number, County
Museum of Ruma have only 3-4 % of visitors, and in Bijeljina that was 9-10%. Implementation of
this project will bring much better data, we hope that would be 20 25 %. That could be
measureable on our exebitions, workshops and other planned events in outline of project. Of
course, on us common web site, on line exhibitin, visiting would be much better (we expect in first 3
months 60000 visits). All of this are in coordination with recommendations of European
Commission of 27 October 2011 about digitalization and online accessibility of cultural material and
digital preservation. Also, this coordinate with process in Museum of Vojvodina from Novi Sad,
where digitalization already starting and with National Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina in
Sarajevo, where are few artefacts are scanning with 3D scanner and set on web page of Museum.
With this project, we also have to chance for better preserving and presented our heritage and will
promote this area.
Target group of experts museals and archaeologiests have very constraints knowledges about
implementation of 3D technologies in archaeology. In European Union, USA, etc. it became usually
method for presentation heritage. To meet 2018th, european year of Cultural heritage we
considered that presenting of digitized museum collections are the best promotions.For all of them,
would be organized two events one two days scientific conference with practicum, and scientific
symposium where are would be presented papers with relevant topics.
Pupils and students from cross board area now have the oppotunity to see something
spectacular in museums and on Open days and workshops which will be organized in museums
to expand their knowledge and maybe one day, become our colleagues. Also, would be organized
one day excursion for 45 pupils and students interested in culture heritage to visiting Semberia
from East Srema and reverse, from Semberija to East Srem. That is way to making new contacts
between youth and may be,one day, from this friendships,to establish cooperating.
And, are not less important group of persons with invalidity, now have a chance to include in
culture events as much as possible. Them will be presented visual materials and workshop
orienting on modelling of clay. They will be making some of the ceramic vessels,same or similar
shape as artefacts and they will painted them with pigments.
