The following procedure is for the COLB/BC and original stamped document portion of the package:

1) Obtain a certified copy of your Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) or Birth Certificate (BC). This can
be ordered from vitalcheck.com.
2) Handwrite and sign the Accept for Value statement onto the front of the COLB/BC.
3) Update the Bond for Peace and Friendship template with your appropriate information.
4) Print the Bond for Peace and Friendship onto the back of the COLB/BC. If you are unable to print
it onto the back you can write it by hand in purple ink.
5) Place the proper stamps on the front and back of the COLB/BC. The 1 dollar Red Fox or 5 dollar
Washington/Jackson stamp will go on the top right of the front and back of the COLB/BC. A 3
cent stamp will be placed on the bottom right of the front and back of the COLB/BC.
6) Cancel the 3 cent stamps as shown.
7) Your COLB/BC is now complete.

Special Deposit Mortgage High Level Overview

1) Get your supplies: Make sure you have all of your stamps, envelopes, tape, etc. listed above.
2) Get your additional supplies: Get the certified copies of your Complaint, Deed of Trust,
Grant/Warranty Deed, Promissory Note if you can get it, and certified copy of your Birth
Certificate (BC) or Certificate of Live Birth (COLB).
3) Postmaster General Cover Sheet: Update and print the Postmaster General Cover Sheet. This
cover sheet should list all of the original documents that you are putting your stamps and
Accept for Value on and the Court Documents which are listed as (Copy).
4) Write the AFV on the Front and Print the Peace Bond on the Back of the COLB or BC: The AFV
on the front can be written in blue in and signed in purple ink. The peace bond should be copied
onto the back of the COLB/BC either by hand or by printer in purple ink. This should also be
signed in purple ink. Add all stamps, cancel the correct three cent stamps, and sign when done.
5) In Camera Order for Special Deposit Template: Update the In Camera Order for Special Deposit
Template (order for the court clerk) with the correct information and print it. You will need to
add the proper court heading for your case to the top of this document. The In Camera Notice
MUST include copies of the front and back of each document that you AFV within the In Camera
Order itself. You can staple or grommet this document together and add the appropriate stamps
to the first and last pages.
6) Update and Print the Notice of Public Entry and Special Appearance Package: Youre going to
want to complete this package and get it notarized. If you have time get the docs authenticated
to state and federal levels for the United Kingdom. The reason we authenticate these
documents for the UK is to force the court to recognize them. Add stamps where necessary on
the front and back of each page.
7) Update and Print the Certificate of Mailing: The Certificate of Mailing shows what docs were
sent to whom via the proper Registered Mail number.
8) Review Stamps on All Documents: Be sure you have the proper stamps on all documents and
cancel the stamps where necessary. See the examples below as to how to place the stamps.
9) Place the AFV/negotiable instruments into a separate envelope: When this package is sent to
the court clerk your financial instruments should be inside of a separate internal folder that has
special deposit marked on it as per the example below
10) Sign and seal the docs: Sign and seal the documents as illustrated below.
11) Mail originals to the Court Clerk: Send your original documents to the Court Clerk via registered
mail.
12) Mail copy to the postmaster: Send a copy of the package that you sent to the Court Clerk to the
postmaster.

Stamp Cancellation Instructions
When you need to cancel a stamp follow these instructions. Most of the time you will only need to
cancel the three cent stamp that is located in the bottom right corner on the front and back of the
document you are submitting to the Postmaster General. The stamp on the top right of the front page
does not get cancelled. See the example at the end of this document to view what the cancelled stamp
should look like.

1) Write name diagonally from top left to bottom right across stamp in blue ink
2) Write SSN across top of stamp in green ink
3) Write the date above the SSN in blue ink

Special Deposit Procedure for Court Cases

For this process we are going to be sending our original stamped documents marked Accepted for Value
to the Postmaster General. The Postmaster General will also receive copies of the associated Court
documents in the same envelope. The Clerk of Court will receive copies of the stamped documents
marked Accepted for Value and original court documents. See the charts below to make sure you have
your packages constructed correctly. A copy of the complete package that was sent to the Postmaster
General will also be sent to the Plaintiff or Plaintiffs Attorney. If you would like, you can also send a
fourth copy to the Treasurer of the United States.

The following table will give you a high level overview of what is sent to each party. Please see the
charts below for each detailed package configuration:

There are five filing components to this package:

1) Postmaster Coversheet: The original Postmaster Coversheet goes to the Postmaster General.
Copies go to the Clerk of Court and the Plaintiff.
2) Stamped Financial Documents Marked Accepted for Value: The original stamped documents go
to the Postmaster General. Copies go to the Clerk of Court and the Plaintiff. These documents
include the COLB or BC, Certified Copy of the Complaint, Certified Copy of the Deed of Trust,
Certified Copy of the Grant/Warranty Deed, and Certified Copy of the Promissory Note (if you
were able to obtain one).
3) In Camera Order for Special Deposit: The original In Camera Order goes to the Clerk of Court.
Copies go to the Postmaster General and the Plaintiff.
4) Notice of Public Entry Package: The Notice of Pubic Entry and Special Appearance filing consists
of the following six original documents: Notice of Public Entry and Special Appearance,
Verification of Complaint, General Affidavit, Rebuttal of Presumption of Death, Certificate of
Proof of Life and Certificate of Mailing. The originals go to the Clerk of Court. Copies go to the
Postmaster General and the Plaintiff.
5) Certificate of Mailing: You can either send three original Certificate of Mailing documents or
make one original which you will keep for yourself and send everyone else a copy.

This means you will have at least three mailings since there are 3 parties we will be sending our
documents to. Each envelope will have its own certificate of mailing.

Supplies
You will need the following supplies to complete this process:

1) Certificate of Live Birth or Birth Certificate (Certified Copy) Get a certified copy of your
Certificate of Live Birth (COLB) or Birth Certificate (BC). Note that this certified copy does NOT
have to be authenticated.
2) Complaint (Certified Copy) Obtain a certified copy of the original complaint that was filed to
open the case. This was usually filed by the Plaintiff or Plaintiffs attorney.
3) Deed of Trust (Certified Copy) This can be obtained from the recorder of deeds for land
records in your county.
4) Deed Grant/Warranty/Etc. (Certified Copy) - This can be obtained from the recorder of deeds
for land records in your county.
5) Promissory Note (Certified Copy) You may not be able to get a copy of your promissory note
depending on which state youre in. If you are unable to get it do not worry about it.
6) In Camera Order for Special Deposit for Clerk of Court Template This template needs to be
updated and will be included in your package to the clerk of court.
7) Peace Bond Template This template is enfaced upon the back of the Certificate of Live Birth.
8) Notice of Public Entry Package This template package contains six documents that will need to
be updated and notarized as required.
9) Stamps for bonding your AFV Documents: You will want to get some 1.15 round stamps (these
have no border) or some $1 Red Fox stamps from ebay, or some of the $5 green stamps from
the USPS website as those also have the double lines through the dollar sign.
10) Stamps 3 cent: You will want to get 3 cent stamps for your docs as you will be putting 6 cents on
the docs to cover the tax for the document you are doing a special deposit to the postmaster on.
11) Stamps for Registered Mail: You will want to use stamps pay for your registered mail envelopes
that are being sent to the postmaster and the other party(ies) that you need to send copies to.
Metered postage is unacceptable.
12) Registered Mail Stickers: You will want to go to your local post office and get registered mail
stickers before you do any of your mailings. This is because you will be adding the number that
is on the sticker onto some of the templates that require it.
13) Registered Mail PS Form 3806: This is the form that is required to send Registered Mail.
14) Envelopes: You will want to get some 9x12 and/or 10x15 envelopes for your mailings.
15) Brown Paper Tape: Registered mail requires that you seal your envelopes with paper tape.
16) Pens: You will want to get blue, green, and purple ball point pens.
17) Post Office Box: If you have time and the resources you are going to want to get a post office
box for your FML Trust (First Middle Last Trust). For the establishment of this post office box you
MUST have someone else that is NOT you open up this post office box. The post office box can
NOT be tied to your NAME in any way. If you dont have one now its ok. In place of your FML
Trust name you can use your non-domestic mail location as the beneficiary of your FML.

1) The Public Statues at Large of the United States of America for the Eighteenth (18th) congress as
it pertains to the office of the Postmaster General and the general post-office. The enactment of

Letter to the Postmaster General


Purpose
The purpose of this procedure is to provide a remedy that allows a man/woman to settle an alleged
debt via the Postmaster General for the united States of America and United States (de jure and de
facto). It is important to note that the Postmaster General is duly sworn and holds two offices: The
Postmaster General of the de jure united States of America and the Postmaster General (CEO) for the de
facto United States Postal Service (USPS). For this procedure we will be communicating to the
postmaster via the former office as the de jure Postmaster for the general post-office of the united
States of America as established March 3, 1825.

The general post-office was the first and original bank setup in the de jure states (see link to 18th
Congress Statutes at Large below). The head and CEO of this original bank is the Postmaster General. As
seen in the following example provided below, even today the Postmaster General is addressed by
members of congress as the Chief Financial Officer (CEO). This means that the Postmaster General is also
holding the office as the head banker for the united States of America and United States. The
postmaster is also held accountable for all post and mail. We have found the Postmaster General to be
more trustworthy than the IRS or a debt collector therefore; we will be sending our original documents
to the Postmaster General and a copy to the IRS or debt collector.
