• B10/B10 OMC-R Software Replacement with Hardware Change.
• Installed NPO from scratch and migrate NPA database in NPO.
• Installed Commissioned and integrated 14 New MxBSC out of 16 MxBSC in AXB network.

problems reported by customers via trouble-ticketing system. Escalates to subsequent support tier as
needed.

that may derive from upgrade or retrofit activity. Provide customer in depth investigation of critical
