ABSTRACT
Cucur is a traditional cake that is favored by Indonesian people both from among
children to adults. Puzzle cake is easy to find in the tradisional market , stalls and
during wedding ceremonies or other celebration days. Material for making cake is
also very easy to find in Bengkulu. Unfortunately, the cake in Bengkulu is often
found in the same form and taste that is always the same and no flavor variant is
added. That way, consumers will quickly feel bored when constantly eating them.
Therefore, we create a pie cake with a new flavor variant such as pandan scented
cucur, vanila cucur, durian cucur, brown sugar cucur, and pouring with various
toping. We create an exciting and unique product aimed at creating a new taste
sensation and preserving traditional food today.
