Supportive interactions are the foundation for building strong, healthy relationships with
children. Social development helps children develop positive friendship skills, social values, as
well as empathy. January is the month for social interactions. Social structures and cultures are
founded upon social interactions. By interacting with one another, people design rules,

Emotional health is an important part of overall health. People who are emotionally
healthy are in control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Being aware of your emotions
allows you to realize your full potential and work productively to cope with the stress of
everyday life. Mental and emotional health is about being happy, self-confident, self-aware, and
resilient. Mental and emotional health require knowledge, understanding, and effort to maintain.
March Physical
Physical Wellness is very much connected to mental and emotional health. The activities
one engages in and the daily choices one makes affects the way one feels physically and
emotionally. Good physical health means that one can function properly as they are supposed.
