Job Description
1) Human Resource
CTC: 7 LPA
To ensure timely recruitment of required level / quality of Management staff, other business lines staff,
including non-billable staff, in order to meet business needs, focusing on Employee Retention and key
Employee Identification initiatives.
Develop, refine and fine-tune effective methods or tools for selection / or provide external consultants
to ensure the right people with the desired level of competence are brought into the organization or
are promoted.
Ensure a motivational climate in the organization, including adequate opportunities for career growth
and development.
Administer all employee benefit programs with conjunction with the Finance and Administration
department.
Oversee the central HR Administration employee offer letters, salary letters and employment contracts.
Co-ordinate the design, implementation and administration of human resource policies and activities to
ensure the availability and effective utilization of human resources for meeting the company's
objectives.
Counseling and Guidance cell - provide support to Managers in case of disciplinary issues.
CTC: 7 LPA
Management Reporting - Prepare accurate and timely monthly and quarterly business review decks.
Support monthly P&L reviews & help monitor financial targets.
Business Analysis - Analyze the results and provide meaningful insights into the numbers and
suggest relevant business actions. Analyze all new investment decisions to assess the risks involved,
the ROI possible and any other underlying analysis.

Business Planning - Support the monthly forecasting process and identify appropriate risks and
opportunities to meeting financial performance targets. Continuously review and update key
underlying assumptions. Drive and support the preparation of annual budgets and the 5-year
strat plans and thereby support appropriate resource allocation
Productivity initiatives - Drive continuous process improvements to drive efficiencies in the existing
setup and share and implement best practices from other engagements
Other - Liaison with business and upstream data providers to ensure robust reporting information in
the systems
3) State Manager
CTC: 7 LPA
Start state level sales across government, corporate and private practitioners accounts.
Introduce our products to gynecologists, pediatricians, general practitioner, nutritionists and other
doctors for prescription and in-clinic sales.
