Wanted: Mars . . . Dead or Alive is an article contains mystery about the life on mars
based on anylisis that has been carried out, this article is written by Geoffrey A. Landis. The
tittle of this article makes me interested to read this article. This article talked about one
member of solar system which is planet and i am personally curious and want to know more
about many things beyond the planet earth.

This article is about mars especially the life on mars. This article said when Mariner 4
flew past Mars in 1965, scientists on Earth got the first-ever close-up view of the Red Planet,
what they saw came as a surprise and a disappointment. The things that make them
dissapointed is mars that was a cratered desert with an atmosphere so thin that it was barely
more than a vacuum and the things that make them surprise is previously scientists had
thought that Mars was a planet a lot like Earth, only somewhat colder. This article also
written about the photographs taken in orbit show many features on the planet surface that
look like dry riverbeds, mars could not have dry riverbeds unless it once had rivers. Further
evidence supporting the theory that Mars once had water is the craft has mapped the altitude
of the Red Planet's surface, which shows that a large area in its northern hemisphere is very
low compared to the rest of the planet. Some scientists think that the low area is the basin of
an ancient ocean that once existed on Mars. This article assume that in every habitat where
liquid water can be found, there is some form of life but those life forms would have had
some serious adapting to do, since we know that the surface of mars today is extremely
harsh. This article believe if there is underground water on Mars, it is possible that there are
forms of bacteria living in these springs, but this statement will only be proved when human
astronauts venture onto its surface. Through this article, the writer tries to tell us perhaps
there is another life on mars, and tries to make us understand what is underlying them think
that there is life on mars by giving us explanation for every single statement.
 This article very very intersting to read because this article will give the reader new
knowledge and personally open up my mind about another life out there. The article is easy
to understand because the writer use a simple words and the writer arrange the information
nicely. Even though, there is scientific terms i dont know the meaning and i even just heard it
in this article.
