name & style of M/s Quality Con, in the year 2001 as a civil
contractor. Later we renamed our Company as NAARK
Constructions.
Presently NAARK is doing business in the states of Andhra
Pradesh and Telangana. NAARK have well qualified engineers,
strong labour force and all major equipment required to undertake
any major construction work. NAARK is fully ready and equipped
to take any kind of civil works in short notice

01 Nuziveedu seeds limited: Medchal Hyderabad
Construction of 2 cold storages of each 50000 sft plinth area. The
total cost of the project is 150.00lacs (excluding reinforced steel).
01 NSL TEXTILES, GUNTURU
A. Construction of amenity block at Budampadu at a cost of Rs
93.00 lakhs (excluding cement & steel). The approximate
constructed area is around30,000 Sqft during the year 2013.
B. construction of workmen quarters phase III including
construction of administration building and main gate at a total cost
of Rs 70.00lakhs.

02 TIRUMALA TIRUPATI DEVASTHANAMS (T.T.D)

NAARK was blessed and happy to associate with TTD in effort to
serve the nation by way of construction of kalyana mandapam at
Bapatla, at a total cost of Rs 93.00lakhs. This work includes civil
construction, compound wall and internal electrification.

03 NON FERROUS TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOP CENTER

A. Construction of testing laboratory.
B. Construction of compound wall consisting of R.R. Masonry for
about 950 Rmt for NFTDC, Bandlaguda, Hyderabad at a cost
of Rs 52.00 Lakhs.
04. CSIR CENTER FOR CELLULAR & MOLECULAR
BIOLOGY, HYERABAD
NAARK was also happy to serve the nation for the cause of science
by way of its associating themselves with well-known national and
international famous scientific institute of CSIR Center for
cellular & molecular biology in their effort to promote the science,
by way of:
A. Construction of animal cases and exercise area in their
research Laboratory LaCONES(Laboratory for conservation
of endangered species) at Attapur village near Rajendra nagar,
Hyderabad at total cost of Rs 132.00 Lakhs. The total built-up
 area was around 5000 Sft. This work is unique and specialized
Architure feature consisting of caves.
B. Providing approach road, side beams and parking areas etc., at
a cost of Rs 61.93Lakhs for the above said laboratory and the
entire work was completed within SIX Months time.
C. Construction of NECTOR laboratory at their main campus
CSIR-CCMB, Hubsiguda, Hyderabad at a total cost of
Rs.42.00 lakhs. Construction of new nuclear magnetic research
(NMR) building with ceiling height of 6.00ft ground level for
accommodating NMR instrument.

05 Dr B R AMBEDKAR OPEN UNIVERSITY, HYDERABAD

NRAAK also happy to associating themselves with Dr B R
Ambedkar Open University, Hyderabad in their effort to
eradicate
A. Construction of their regional study center including
internal electrification work at Khammam at a cost of Rs.
28.00lakhs.
 B. Construction of regional study center at Vijayawada at a
total cost of RS. 39.00 lakhs.
06 H.P.C.L SECUNDERABAD DIVISION
NRAAK also got a chance to show its ability through
H.P.C.L. by way of construction of
A. Petrol bunks (including RCC drive ways, sales buildings,
U.G. tanks, canopy etc.)

B. Construction of petroleum pumps including U.G. tanks
related works for B.P.C.L. at Chilamakuru, Kadapa Dt, Ap.
07 NRAAK is associating themselves with Police department in
maintaining the law & order by way of
A. Construction of PSB at vijyapuri narth, Nagarjuna sagar,
Telangana at total cost of 169.00 lakhs
WORKS IN PROGRESS
A. Construction of Police station building (PSB) at Suryapet,
Telangana at a total cost of 70.00lacs
B. Construction of student hostel buildings at Pedanadipadu and
kopparru in Guntur District, AP at a cost of Rs. 80.00 lakhs
each and these buildings are also progressing in a time bound
manner.
C. Construction of two integrated hostel complex for AP social
welfare department with each block consisting of 12000 sft at a
cost of 300.00lacs.
D. Construction of 3 Police station building (PSB) at Ongole (2)
and at Vishakhapatnam (1) each station costing 140.00lacs
(total cost is 420.00lacs), for Andhra Pradesh police housing
corporation.
