A Study on Digitalization Effects of Students

Harassment by Educational Institutions in the
Telangana State

Abstract:-Every mans life experiences a Student life I. INTRODUCTION

which is endless freedom and heaven throughout the entire
life. But in recent days Television, News channels,
Newspapers and Social media are given major priority to
the Harassed student to pass information because of
having high rating scale within the society. Harassed
students incidents are frequently occurred in rural tribal
agency area like highlighting incidents same time both at
Adilabad district and state capital city of Hyderabad
district and results came out with the favor of students by
the latest digitalization of information technology effects.
Apart from this teaching education, the students learned
the process of a motivation of students orientation class
and teachers have to provide and show right path by
motivation and through counseling only. As per the
modern education system implemented and in well
developed educational countries like Finland, Indian
educational system are re-modified as teachers move with
students freely by lovable teaching methods as per
National Education Policy and Right to Education Act
2009 are telling that each schools management should
provide a psychology teachers to the students who are
backward in their education academic curriculum
activities. But recently the some of the teachers are still
harassing the students with having the minimum
knowledge of rights of students. School management
guidelines are provided to achieve their personal results in
a short time period the teachers are pressured, stressed
and finally, students are harassed who are not
communicated by their teacher.

As per Psychologist principles, educational philosophers said
that Each and every Student are believing that either rain or
thunder, sunset or sunrise, and light or shadow whatever will
create and followed by himself only. So Childhood stage is the
best stage for any man entire the life period. So many people
are repeating their childhood life as the best role of his entire
life. By the parent love at home and the instruction of
educators, these are only the developing factors of the person
at the stage of childhood. Finland is the role model of the
educational system. It is a very smallest country in the world
and it is almost 10% location area of Telangana State. Finland
countrys major revenue income is coming only by the
education only. A Secret of Finland is by providing free and
freedom of method using education. Here in Telangana, so
many implementations are from the top of the level of
decision-making authorities but still, the requirement of
childrens required freedom method of education was not
implemented. By the lack of awareness of childrens
psychology mentality the schools are giving presser and
punishment to the Children and crossing the limits of
childrens fundamental constitutions right.
The students harassment commonly happens everywhere by
the different ways of styles, by homework or late comers
students, shortage of attendance, for not responding to the
teacher as per his expectation, school tuition and hostel fees,
and parents are harassing students for their fulfillment of their
expectations to his/her children. Finally, the helplessness of
children is suffering from the teachers or parents. By this the
latest technology using smart mobile or digital cam and
electronic gadgets some of the students recording the incidents
and spreading out by so many communicators like a press or
social media etc..

II. LITERATURE REVIEW
A. India
The harassment of children in India is a crime but, in India
beating children, scolding children, there was an option to file
a case against either parents or a teacher or educational
institutions. But here in India still no one supposes or ready to
file a criminal case because as this it was not believing as a
crime but thinking as a process of lifestyle development from
the past of his/her parents.
B. America
In America, the childrens life is given more respect. The
harassment of American students or children are taken
seriously and there was a provision to treat as a criminal case
and also put fine of a certain amount. And the implementation
of criminal punishment is strictly followed by the united states
of people.
C. China
In China the special jail and prisons are available for the
harassment of the China children or students, this jails
punishment period is the minimum of 1 year and maximum up
to 5 years. As well as a large amount of fine is given as
punishment. Once registering the case he/she must stay in jail
without any consideration
D. UAE
In UAE the parents, as well as educators teacher, have right to
scold the children when the children are doing mistakes. But
this has limits of scolding which is permitted in case he proved
to punish by treating beating the parent or the educators
teachers will be punished by the law
E. Srilanka
In Srilanka, the supreme court of Srilanka gave guideline to
the fever of students rights at school and other living outside
of schools and ruled strictly maintains the guidelines
F. Narve
Here in this country the students of scolding also treated as a
big crime. Even the children are wanted to do mistake the
parents or the elders are trying to motivate them and to give
right path by motivation method only.
G. United Kingdom (UK)
Here in this country the age below of 16 years are all free
facilities are available like free travelling entire the country,
and the age of under 12 years childrens are appear single with
his parents /guardians whose childrens taking police custody

and take the details of them and to send his parents without
any late as per the law of the country United Kingdom(UK).
H. Swaziland
Here in this country childrens are treated like as Gods, if
anyone scolding or treated as beating they will be under
prisons up to 10years. And also the people who are punished
by the childrens case are treated very badly to the next life.
I. Briton
Here in this country the childrens are scolding and beating is
prohibited and the police officers and as well as National
Social Organization people have rights to involve to
punishment. And anyone has to option to quickly response
rights against an accused person. Here on special rule who is
the teacher scolding or harassment to the students the teachers
can be treated to punishment as CORPORAL PUNISHMENT
by 2years of punishment and also big fine.
III. PURPOSE OF STUDY
The United States organization summit of commitment in the
year 1992 the India participated and signed the rule and
regulations of Childs rights to protections. As per commitment
India must protect these special rights
Right to Live: Any child in the world can live his/her
own sustain of his capability to the development of to
his/her entire life,
Protection Right: Childrens have to rights about their
religion-based, community-based, gender-based living
style rights. If anyone insulting or misbehaving, they will
be punishable.
Development Right: Childrens have full rights
individual development by mentally and physically, they
can involve in any culture based activities.
Every day in the crime corner of the newspaper articles
publishing and Televisions channel the crime news telecasting
the harassment of student at schools level by homework,
tuition fees and so many reasons the only childrens are
treated as helpless from the society which we developed law
to the fever of childrens and not to implementation by the
child protection rights.
By the lack of teaching faculty of psychology teachers, the
students are misbehaving so the childrens are not treated as
special children so the pupils are facing harassment problem
from the teachers /management or parents. And from now a
days more educated childrens who are using latest
technologies of the telecommunication as well as smart
mobiles and social media the children and childrens parents
are approaching by the using of technology.

A. Hypotheses
The study has taken following hypothesis as it the hypothesis
by Digitalization effects of students harassment by
educational institutions in the Telangana State.
By the digitization effects, students are identifying their
Child rights from the harassment
Using Social media by the students/students parents are
easily approaching by media or concerned authorities to
compliant
The CC camera potage are some time help for the
students rights and misbehaving of educators
Digitalization of effects in the school management also
monitors the teachers
Digitalization of school missing students have traceable
by the GPS
The Psychology teacher/counselor can easy identifying
from the data gather by digitalization
IV. METHODOLOGY
The modernization education and globalization of lifestyles
the students/children are contacting to his/her parent every
time by connecting each other by mobile networks or some
social apps, the latest kidnapers and children thefts of security
reasons the students are interaction to the parent essential
through mobile by the internet technology by GPS. By these
technologies using methods the children are protecting
themselves and also protecting some other children rights
against harassment of those. In this method using same as the
harassment by children are finding out at educational
institutions. By this method and management of educational
institutions is the best method of protection to the children
rights and as well as to monitor childrens life at an
educational institution. Some are as well infrastructure school
maintaining CC camera at everywhere in the school for
monitoring students as well as teachers.
A. Sample of Design
The research has taken from 160students form details of the
newspaper published an article and telecasted by television
news channels of recent 2016-17 academic year of the from
the Telangana state.

V. CONCLUSION
The misbehaving of students should not be punished and
teachers should try to motivate in the right way and educator
them always to move freely, some kind of students are always
behind the education of those of merit students, so educators
are to be identified and try to solve students problem without
any hesitation. Students are to be self-motivated by them and
to rectify their mistake is a better habit. Every time mistakenly
behaving students are to identified and should take extra care
by the educator or psychology counselors. School
management gave protection to the weak students and only try
to develop them by parent and students psychology consolers.
And effects of only social media the students and students
parent are following daily media news and try to get the
awareness of children rights and same as the management of
schools authorities and government authorities also
monitoring and motivation to the awareness of Childs rights.
By the globalization effects the awareness of digitalizations
by using smart mobiles and internet facilities and the
government authorities are introduced the smart school and e-
techno schools and implementation of ICT projects effect the
harassment children are coming out to the media but this was
happening continuously in our educations from the earlier of

our education system, to change the mind set of teachers

educators is to conduct psychological orientation programs,
student mental development class orientations training class
and given training by regular class in the holiday vacations
period and the educators teachers have to try to know and the
awareness of the childrens act as per Indian constitutions
rights.
