CONTRACT OF SERVICE/EMPLOYMENT

Known all men by these presents:

This contract of service is entered into by and between JJ construction,

____(Address)____, a domestic corporation, and registered under Philippine laws,
represented by ALVIN JACOB, herein referred to as FIRST PARTY;
AND
MUSA MOHAMAD SANGUILA, of legal age, married, with postal address at Door 4,
Suzannes Appartment, Consunji st. Corner Echiverri St., Brgy. Poblacion, Iligan City,
herein referred to as SECOND PARTY, wherein they come to an agreement:

1. That the SECOND PARTY, agrees to devote his technical expertise and
knowledge, training and skills in the employment of the FIRST PARTY as
CONSULTANT, at the JJ Construction effective __________ and to continue only
up to _______________, with a monthly compensation of ________________,
which shall be paid by the FIRST PARTY;

2. That the SECOND PARTY shall perform and submit the following obligations and
duties, to wit:

Provide information and technical inputs for the project implementation in

Linamon, Lanao del norte.
To facilitate consultations and visitations with Local Government Unit in
Linamon, Lanao del Norte and other agencies for the operations in the said
area
to assist in the preparations, operations, and monitoring of the projects
implemented in the area of responsibility.
To link with agencies necessary for the implementation of the project and
lobby said project.
To perform such other functions as it may deem necessary to expedite the
operations of the project.
 3. That the FIRST PARTY shall provide for financial needs and other logistics in
relation to the obligations and duties of the SECOND PARTY, such as but not
limited to, travel expenses, mobilization expenses, etc.

4. That this contract may be revoked and without effect if either of the party failed to
deliver his obligations to the other and upon demand by the party in good faith.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereto signed their signatures this (Day) of
