What is this business all about?

Today any organization doing business needs to perform better as well as market them better.
ISO certification helps them have good standard practices in order to ensure that they perform
better and the ISO certification which is an International certification and which is also valid
across the globe, gives them the market credibility & helps them showcase their business
better.

We as Certification bodies help the firm to achieve these objectives.

Why do organisations go for ISO certifications?

These certifications are applicable to ANY firm irrespective of the Nature of ACTIVITIES and
SIZE. For e.g.: Manufacturing companies, Service Industries, Education Institutions, Training
Institutes, Hotels, Hospitals, Construction companies, Charitable Trusts, Social Organizations,
Real Estates, etc.

The last few years has seen a tremendous surge in firms going for these certifications.

Many governments have also made it mandatory in their numerous tenders for their suppliers
to be ISO Certified.

The Export market also considers it as a requirement.

Most of the firms & establishments are going for these certifications for various reasons such as
Customer requirement, Marketing advantage, Operational benefits, etc.

What are our products?

We have a wide array of products to earn revenue from, and that is precisely the secret of
earning potential involved in this.

Broadly our products (range of services) can be classified into 2 types:

(a) Certification (b) Training

These services can be extended to any of the following products (range of standards):

ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 22000, ISO 27001, BS 25999, ISO 13485, CE Marking,
etc.

There seems to be lot of standards mentioned in the proposal. Are we supposed to learn all
of this?

Of all the standards mentioned, ISO 9001 is the most sought out and fundamental standard,
which forms approximately 92% of the market requirements. We shall train you to understand
this standard and with experience you will be able to master them without much effort. All
other standards are quite similar and we would train you to handle them as well, eventually
with ease.

Who can become your SQAC Ambassador / Business Associate?

Businessmen, retired professionals, young entrepreneurs, individuals who would like to work
on their own etc.

What are we expected to do once we become your SQAC Ambassador / Business Associate?

i. SQAC Ambassador: - You would be expected to tap potential business associates, thus
introducing them into this wonderful earning opportunity.
ii. Business Associate: - Business development i.e., tapping potential clients in all sectors
and converting them in to order, executing them (getting them ISO certified) with our
support would be the crux of your activities.

What is the general educational qualification expected?

As such there is no specific educational qualification other than the training that we provide
which is mandatory. However, any sort of education will always help one to get organized.
Based upon your present qualification and understanding level, we are confident of shaping
you to become an auditor with a broad level of acceptability. Having said that there is no doubt
that those having worked in an ISO atmosphere would easily score better than others, though it
is not a requirement.

What is the experience expected?

By default, the more you are experienced in any line, the more you stand to show maturity in
running the business accordingly. As this business caters to all / any types of organization,
experience in any of those would be advantageous. Those having worked in an ISO atmosphere
have a grade deal of advantage, however.

Do we need to have a commercial office and what would be the type of investment for the
same?

In this business, generally no client comes to see us. It is always the other way round. Be it
marketing, auditing or imparting training. It is we who go to their premises. In view of the same
the requirements of the office setup does not make a noticeable difference in your
performance. Though having a commercial address has its own weightage, however small it
may be but it is not mandatory to have an office at your end.

I have never done business before; will I be able to do this?

It would be comparatively much easier for a person who has / is already having a business
especially with respect to experience and infrastructure. However, by way of our training and
continued support, we would be able to make you comfortable to conduct this business
without any difficulty.

Is the 1 day training sufficient for me to get started?

Definitely. The content of our training course is designed in such a way that the entire minimum
requirement that you may need to know for conducting this business is made quite clear to
you. As such, we believe that learning is a never ending process and it is ongoing based on your
quest to learn. Moreover, we are available to guide / assist / answer any of your queries
throughout, during the tenure of our association by way of meetings, telephone, mails, skype /
video chats, WhatsApp, etc. whichever is convenient to you.

Should I leave my present job / business to become your SQAC Ambassador / Business
Associate?

You certainly need not leave your present business to join us. Rather it could be an added
advantage. As far as job is concerned, we would certainly want you to leave your job as it
requires full time attention, unless and until you are capable of managing it through some
efficient employee.
How much is the earning potential?

There is no fixed price for our product(s) it would depend on many factors which shall be
explained during the training. A single product can cost anywhere between 30,000/-
to 3, 00,000/-, depending upon various factors such as size of the firm, complexity of the
process, manpower, competition, different certification bodies, etc. Here, sky is the limit.
However, on varying levels of performance level one can easily earn anywhere between 1 to 2
lakhs in a month.

For SQAC Ambassador: Though the income potential can be as high as 2 lakhs to 3 lakhs in a
month (considering all products), it should not be difficult to expect an average of at least 3 to 5
lakhs a month, (on the safer side) after an experience of 3 - 5 months.

For Business Associate: Though the income potential can be as high as 1 to 2 lakhs in a month
(considering all products), it should not be difficult to expect an average of at least 2 to 4 lakhs
in a month,( on the safer side) after an experience of 3 - 5 months.

Is there any recurring income on this?

Sure. There is surveillance audit which any company needs to comply with, for which the fixed
standard rates are given by us. Any amount that is received over and above the same shall be
shared again with the Business Associate and SQAC Ambassador.

Do I need to have employees under me?

Not at all necessary. It would largely depend upon you. It is always advisable to start the
venture by involving yourself first, and once the revenue starts increasing and if you would like
to stay away from the direct responsibility, you may like to appoint any responsible employee
under you for the same.

What is the guarantee that I would be in profit always?

It needs to be understood that we are dealing with intellectual property and not with any
machines, plants, raw-materials, warehouses etc., where there is a recurring expenditure &
purchasing involved which again could vary with various duties, excise etc. In this case other
than the franchising fee (which is taken in order to transfer the entire successful knowledge
experience base and a proven workable model) there is no other purchase or similar
expenditure involved. Whatever you would be sharing would be from the amount already
earned from the client. There is no question / possibility of any loss arising in that way. The only
thing that can happen is you may get high profits or low profits profit is any way certain.

How will I do marketing? I have never done before?

Everyone has a marketing person hidden inside them. By way of our training we would try to
bring out the marketing talent that you may be possessing and also guide you with many ways
of proven marketing methodology.

Is the certificate issued through this company valid for government organizations?

Yes. The certificate issued through us can be valid for any organization around the world
including Indian & International governments.

What if the company guided by me fails in the certification audit (does not get certified)?

We have around 16 years of conducting this business directly and helped over 500
organizations like Manufacturing companies, Service Industries, Education Institutions, Training
Institutes, Hotels, Hospitals, Construction companies, Charitable Trusts, Social Organizations,
Real Estates, etc. with 100 % success rate. Whatever may be the circumstances we would
ensure that the clients get certified and you will not face any problem.

How can I become a qualified auditor myself, If I am interested?

In case you are interested to become a registered auditor, who can audit any organization
across the world, we would support & train you initially and after some period of experience &
success, shall get you trained and certified at our cost.
