Rationale/Reflection I select this target because, when I give students an activity to do, the activity goes over the time that I have

resources needed) Being prepared for the activity, form making instructions simple and not long, and having the materials
ready .Moreover I will put my hands with theme for helping them in finishing the work at time.

Evidence of Progress towards goal Issues

In some lessons I was achieving the goal that I set, but only with
the repeated lesson which mean that, I know how the activity is
and how long it will take, but if the lesson is new for me and , I
dont know the activity well , and I will going to do it with the
student first time it was taking with me extra time.
the issue was that the if the activity or the lesson that I will
going to do it is new for me , also the issue was that the level of
the students , some students was taking more time on the
activity , because they were felling the activity is difficult.

Outcome I will be focusing in this goal also , and I will like to set one more goal which is coming up with unlike activity
New or modified which sets with students ability .
