    If I was my friend I would choose the second resume because It has more information
    and skills about communication skills and project management. The position at Google
    is a technical writer so it would fit in well. What I would change about it though is how
    bland it is. I would change the color to make is more appealing other than that I wouldnt
    change much. If she was applying at IBM I would use the first resume because it has
    more information about programs she is solid in rather than communication.
