your reservations. These cabins sleep two to six people for $85 per night. They have a unique
rustic lodge look and are quiet cozy. Cabin 1 (on right) is in memory of Steve Horn.

days on the ranch. We have several projects going on and Thank you to all committees

that worked in the hot sun and to all those
who donated much needed monies to this
ranch project. The deer are on the move! We
have been working on food plots for the wild-
life and have put out mineral blocks and
feeders in areas for wildlife viewing. At this
point we have a need, the need for seed and
feed. Any help with this project will be ap-
preciated. Did I mention that the fish are
biting! Ya’all come and see us. Coy.

Unofficial Minutes for the Annual Membership Meeting July 17, 2010
Don opened meeting at 10 AM with invocation. 
 All board members were present. 
Kevin,    Marie,   Larry,   Kadye,   Skip,   and   Gene 
Don gave special assignments to the board members.   He said that if you did not say anything than you have accepted your assign‐
ment. 
He asked Kadye to gather history of the minutes and to keep it quiet until the board goes over it.   She is not to have access to the 
computers and anything that she finds conflicting in the minutes to highlight it and bring before the board, if nothing conflicts than 
do not bring before the board until finished. 
He asked Skip and Kevin to evaluate every automobile that we have and if it would be worth our time to have an outside mechanic 
check them out. 
He asked Larry about checking on finding out about interest bearing accounts. 
Don asked Marie to push rules for a large sign with top ten rules. 
He asked Larry to help on this, where to put sign, cost of sign, and how big a sign. 
Don said that Gene would help him evaluate filling station and wells.

Coy reported that we need more ice storage on the ranch.   He reported that we have to get wells up to state specifications.    The 
gas storage tanks have to be self contained in case of a leak. 
The 17 footer is finished and the cabin also. 
He reported on the 4th of July weekend.  
Coy said that he was checking with the fireworks people to see about them selling fireworks here on the ranch and the ranch get‐
ting a percentage of the sells. 
He said that he was working on dust control in the campgrounds and that we would not be able to do it all the time, but possible 
the holiday weekends. 
He is still working with the gate house trying to get it in a better working order. 
Coy wants to discourage people from bringing firewood from other states, because of insects that are transported in the wood. 
Don said that he was appointing another committee.    He put Larry in charge and told Skip and Marie to be on this committee also. 
Gene made motion that the ranch charge $75.00 a night for the cabin and $25.00 a night for the remodeled 17 foot trailer.   Marie 
amended the motion to rent the cabin for $85.00 a night and $25.00 a night for the trailer.  Larry 2nd motion and it passed.

H.   EXCLUSION:   On the 3 to 5 days before ***and after***Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day holiday weekends (designated 
by Ranch Manager for each holiday) Owner is allowed only one (1) pad location (no guest pads).   During the designated holiday 
dates, Owner may have a maximum twelve (12) persons (of any age) on personal pad. 
B.   Extended Usage Campsites (60 Day Pad Occupancy):   In an effort to enable an Owner to leave their RV on a pad location when 
checked out and off the Ranch longer than the 72‐hour leave limitation, the ranch has established 53 pad locations for extended 
usage (listed below).   There is no limitation to the number  
of days an RV parked on these pad locations may be left unattended.   On the 60th day of occupancy, however, Owner must make 
arrangement for the RV to be moved regardless of the number of memberships owned.   Owner exercising the right to leave an RV 
unoccupied on an extended usage pad agrees to the following:                                                               
 *No extended leave ***between***5 days before***and 5 days after***any of the three summer holiday weekends. 
*An additional usage fee of $2.00 per day will be assessed after the initial 72 hours after check‐out.

tended outside. 
11.   PETS.   The Ranch is pet‐friendly for responsible pet owners.   All Owners are responsible for their pet’s actions.   The following 
rules concerning pets on the Ranch are: 
A.   No pets are allowed to run except in the unimproved areas.   All pets must be on a ***10 ft***leash or in an approved 
pet carrier in the improved areas of the Ranch, including caves and swimming areas of the stream.   The leash must be 
held by someone or secured to a stake or other item capable of securing the pet. 
B.   Pets ***on a leash***must never be left outside unattended.
