Once they have the material about the cases, its their turn to
test it out. The students will log onto the icivics.org website
and find the Argument Wars game with the link I provide. I
want them to pick a case that they are the LEAST familiar with
and become an attorney for the issue. This simulations gives
the students a set of choices and they have to chose whether it
relates and helps the case or not. It tests their debating skills
and knowledge on the subject. They will also get a sense on
how the Supreme Court judges decide the cases.
