Evidences of PDP Goals

During my teaching practice in Al-Sundus Kindergarten, I was focusing on achieve my

Personal Development Plan (PDP) goals. Here is the justification for the evidences of the success

in implementing the PDP goals:

Goal 1: Develop classroom management techniques for misbehavior children

during circle time

Before teaching the children, I was exploring the techniques that I can apply them during the

circle time in order to manage misbehavior children. So, I start to test some others techniques

which showed me the best techniques that can works with these children. I achieved my goal

successfully since the children start to behave well and concentrate more during the circle time.

The pictures below illustrate my MST notes about my classroom management during my teaching

in circle time which is consider as evidence for my success in achieving this goal.

Goal 2: Teach the children less than 10 minutes rather than spending a lot of time

in the carpet

I succeed achieving this goals positively. For each lesson that I taught, I was carefully writing

my lesson plans considering that I have to teach 10 minutes or less during the circle time. I planned

to teach only the fundamental knowledge that the children need to learn. Here is an example of my

lesson plan which illustrate my planning in dividing the time to teach children in 10 minutes:

Goal 3: Interacting with children and developing my relationship with them

I started to apply this goal from the first week. I start to memorize each child name and

know their levels and interests. During the break time while Im monitoring in the playground,

I was making a relationship with children by asking them what they are doing and about

themselves. I achieved this goal successfully. I knew that since I saw the childrens behavior

with me which reflect on the success of my achieving this goal.
