certificate issued by the manufacturer
- shall be stored in a damp-proofed storehouse having a
floor more than 30 cm above the ground
- the 'first-in' can be 'first out'
- not more than 13 bags to be piled up
- no cement which has been stored at the site for more
than 90 days

2 Fine aggregate - clean, hard, solid, durable and of proper grading

- free from dirt, mud, silt, organic matter or other
deleterious materials
