Weekly data collection of the waste quantities generated, segregated and processed
Based on the data provided by the point of contact fortnightly report preparation, review
and deliberations shall be carried out.

What do we want to assess?

The waste quantities generated, segregated and processed at Rajhans Maxima and Shairu
Gems Diamonds Pvt Ltd on daily basis.

The waste quantities would include wet waste, dry waste and mixed waste.

What are we specifically looking at to measure achievement?

Data Requirements are as follows to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of the
waste segregation process as well as for impact measurement

Who will be responsible for data collection? In which sequence?

The above data has to be recorded by the following personnel on daily basis and in the
above format.
- Facility Manager- Mr Rakesh- Rajhans
- Housekeeping Manager- Ms Bharati- Shairu Gems Diamonds Pvt Ltd
 - Data Capture should be shared on daily basis so that weekly report can be generated and
reviewed.
- Critical reflections should be carried out that shall help in process improvements, assist in
understanding the deviations (if any) and manage the impact.

How can we ensure the information is systematically being disseminated

and used to generate lessons learned? Data Dissemination
Data analysis shall be shared with all the stakeholders involved every fortnightly via
email/skype/phone call as per convenience.
The data shall be presented in an accessible format, so that they can be systemically
distributed internally and externally for learning, follow up actions and to ensure
transparency.
