INDUSTRTIAL AREA EPIP, SITAPURA:

Situated in Jaipur district was set up by RIICO in four phases: first phase in 1996,
second phase in 1996, third and fourth phase in 1998, besides Special Economic
Zone (SEZ) I, II & III in 2003, institutional area in 1998 and Ramchandrapura
Industrial Area in 2009. The area is situated along National Highway 12, well
developed with quality infrastructural facilities like road network, under ground
water supply, electricity supply, etc. Illustrous business houses like M/s. Bosch
Limited, Vaibhav Gems, Dwarka's Gems, Derewala Industries, Lodha Impex, SBL
India Limited, Ratan Textiles, Sambhav Gems Limited, Infosys and Genpact are
operating in the industrial area. 20 renowned industries are also operating in this
industrial area. RIICO has acquired and developed 518.65 acres of land for first
and second phase, 425.31 acres for third phase, 92.21 acres of land in IVth phase,
360.83 acre in EPIP, 21.5 acres in SEZ-I, 89.39 acres in SEZ-II, 138.32 acres for
institutional area and 496.45 acre for Ramchandrapura Industrial Area, out of it
849 plots have been planned covering 311.14 acres of land in first and second
phase, 486 plot planned in third phase covering 234.09 acres land, 13 plots have
been planned in IVth zone covering 83.36 acres land, besides this 189.73 acres
land have been planned in EPIP, 51 plots planned in SEZ-I covering 11.92 acres
land, 190 plots planned in SEZ-II covering 48.5 acres land, 25 plots planned in
Institutional Area covering 97.87 acres land and 271 plots planned in
Ramchandrapura covering 265.48 acres land. Skilled manpower and labour force
is richly available in this industrial area.

Civic infrastructural facilities like one post office at Sitapaura, one hospital/
dispensary in the name of Mahatma Gandhi Medical University & hospital is
operating in Institutional Area, Sitapura. Eight banks namely State Bank of India,
Central Bank of India, Bank of India, SBBJ, Bank of Baroda, Punjab National Bank,
Indian Overseas Bank and UCO Bank are operating in the area. 12 ATMs are in the
Institutional Area, EPIP, Sitapura. For providing police assistance, one police
station, Sanganer Sadar Thana, is located on National Highway 12 at Tonk Road
near the area. 15 renowned educational institutions like schools, engineering
colleges, medical colleges, menagement colleges and law colleges are functioning
in the area.

The Industrial Area is easily accessible through all modes of transport: nearest
railway station at a distance of 12 Kms., nearest bus tand Jaipur at a distance of
20 Kms. and nearest airport Sanganer Airport, Jaipur is located at a distance of
about 6 Kms. Concerned Administrative headquarter is at a distance of 22 Kms.
Nearest city Jaipur is at a distance of 18 Kms. from the area.

The industrial area is well connected with major cities through both rail and road
transport:, Jodhpur 348 Kms.by road, 313 Kms. by road and 324 Kms. by air, Delhi
267 Kms. by road, 301 Kms. by rail and 240 Kms. by air, Mumbai 930 Kms. by
road, 1148 Kms. by rail and 924 Kms. by air.

Air cargo port and dry port (inland container depot) are also approachable from
this industrial area. Nearest air cargo port is at Jaipur at a distance of 6 M.s from
the area and nearest dry port/ inland container depot: Mansarovar ICD at a
distance of 8 Kms. from the area.
