First, the Japanese teachers always prepare the lesson plan wisely. The teacher
prepared the material or the lesson plan till midnight because they want to make
best material for the student. The teachers also have reason why they are do that
because they did not want to disappoint their children. Second, the Japanese
teachers have good time management. They know when they are must start the
lesson and when they are end class. Third, the Japanese teachers in has good
attitude. No one teachers out of from the class as they like while the class still run
for reasons that cannot be justified, for example for smoking or talking with

Indonesia teachers have very different attitude and way in teaching with
Japanese teachers. First, the teachers in Indonesia mostly cant create lesson plan.
Most of teachers do not create a lesson plan by themselves, some of them just
copy from internet or copy from another teachers. Second, the Indonesian teachers
cannot manage their time. Most of Indonesian teachers end the class early before
the time end. Third, the Indonesian teachers lack of motivation. Most of
Indonesian teachers less caring and understanding their students because on their
mind and what they think is Im the king here, just follow my instruction.
