700-blk James Madison Hwy10:00Report received for a shoplifting that had just occurred. Units identified the vehicle
and made a traffic stop. Vivian Denise Zeigler, 44 of Jeffersonton, was arrested for driving suspended, ninth offense. She
was also issued a summons for no inspection, expired registration, altered registration, and possessing a counterfeit
inspection. Warrenton PD continues the shoplifting investigation.
