Performed various inspection activities on site and at vendor facilities, Such as Mechanical
Manufacture, fabrication, installation, Operational testing and Painting/Coating. Verification of vendor
compliance to purchase orders and specifications.

CONSOLIDATED CONTRACTING COMPANY (C.C.C) Jubail/KSA.
Employed as Paint Inspector/Company Representative working from various paint / work piping
onshore. Responsible for all aspects of work carried out by Painting Contractor from, Mobilization and
Scaffolding through to Final Inspection and Company Acceptance, plus safety of vessel and
surrounding Installations whilst maneuvering within the field. A wide range of coatings are being used,
Glass Flake Epoxies, Mastics, Primers, Non-Skid Epoxies, Polyurethane, Solvent Free Epoxies, High
Temp Aluminum, etc. Structures coated offshore ranged between 1000 sq mts and up to 11000 sq mts.
Safety inspections of the worksite and vessel were carried out on a daily basis and was responsible for
conducting weekly / monthly safety meetings between Company and Contractor. Required to endorse
and authorize all relevant Permit to Work documents and carry out gas test (H2S) at the worksite prior
to start of shift.

Employed a Mechanical/Welding Inspector to monitoring and reporting of Wellhead piping, Plot piping
as per Code and Standard requirements. Inspection of plant piping as per ANSI B 31.3 (Fit-up, welding
and visual inspection) for CS, SS, Low Alloy and Inconel. Responsible for maintaining and establishing
Quality Control Records as per ISO 9000. Responsible for arranging and coordinating with third party
for Radiography, MPI & UT. Preparation of Weld maps and As Built Drawings. Experienced with the
preparation cum maintenance of welders performance qualification record and welders performance
rating through welding control log. Finalizing QA/QC documents for final hand over to Client, Assisting
Project management team etc.
