Married to SB Member EDWIN P. MADRID of the Municipality of Sta. Teresita. A two- time
three termer Sangguniang Bayan. Marriage was blessed with four children, 1 girl and 3 boys.

As a school head, she motivates and pushes her subordinates to excel in all their undertakings.
She believes that the pursuit of excellence is a battle that needs to be won always.It is not easy
to win always, but if we seek Gods pleasure in everything that we do, then half the battle is
already won!
How does she manage her time as a mother, wife of a politician despite her hectic schedule as
a school head? She makes sure that she spends quality time with her kids and husband. Sunday
is a family day for them. She treats her children like they are her barkada. She sings with them,
laughs with them, share funny stories and even discuss topics like crushes, first love etc. She
believes that children be more open to parents if we treat them this way.

Plans in life? Finish her Ph. D in Educational Management.

She is a trainer of local broadcasters in their community radio station at Sta. Teresita. She is a
frustrated singer but she considers her frustration an opportunity and a challenge to organize a
band in school. It is still a dream but who knows someday, this dream will come true!

Her wisdom: Life is a continuos journey beset with problems. As long as we live in this world,
problems and troubles will always be a part and parcel of human experience. We have nothing
to worry because every problem has a solution. Always seek Gods counsel! God knows what is
best for all of us! Just keep believing!
