Where we first gained information from a true and accurate resource which is the
we lived and felt it in the class. Not just as listeners but as image of what the real
Dr.neugera offered us the opportunity where we had the chance to learn more about
inclusive classroom through the project we have done. Through the project we were
teachers, through this we asked them about how inclusive curriculum is applied in
Bahraini school. And we were able to get a lot of strategies. To start with, we
interviewed Mrs. Feryal Albasiki, a cycle one teacher where she suggested three
can be either oral or written. Students are distributed into three levels in questions
(hard, moderate, easy), and this strategy is related to the competency number 3
(Diverse learners), where the teacher understand the differ between students and try to
unite them in the learning process. Second, is flexible groups, where the teacher asks
the students to divide themselves based on the distribution she has done before. This
tries to use different strategies in order to develop their critical thinking and problem
solving skills.
Third, colorful sticks strategy, where the teacher initially put the student into three
different levels, red (weak achievers), yellow (moderate achievers), green (advanced
strategies. First, positive environment strategy, where the student should feel the
(learning environ), where the teacher motivate her students and encourage them
positively in order to gain an active engagement inside the classroom. Second, Safety
strategy. And what she means by that is to make the students "feel safe and be
(learning environment). Where the student have positive, social and motivated
environment. Third, group work. Where the teacher give students activities to solve in
making the activities simple m clear and general so all students can be involve in the
Providing positive environment is the best and the most realistic suggestion for
Bahraini schools because, this solution doesnt cause much. Also we were able to
communicate with a special student (Blind) and ask her about her life and how she
can manage as a student. First, she was not able to describe for us where she was so
we can reach her, so we had to talk to someone near her to guide us.
That was not a piece of cake as we imagined, however, it was challenging and
exciting and beneficial for us as a future teachers. At the end we were only able to talk
