Brief Executive Summary of the Project :

Revised Project

Introduction: We may have fallen short for your need of an oversized centralized
LPG piping in as far as our previous estimates are concerned.
Nevertheless, we are still much willing to provide you the desired
facility only that we need to agree on some of the conditions as
contained in this revised proposal. This hazard free and
convenient way of utilizing the Liquefied Petroleum Gas fuel is
really vital and fitting to your business considering the much
expected need of your guests wherein usage of the LPG is very
important. As of the time while operation has not yet commenced,
we recommend that using the product by cylinder is a practical
method while we are soon to be observing the actual operations.
Anyway, the recommended structures only need slight
modifications by the time we have to change the system for bulk
storage. We do not recommend placing the structure in a distant
location of the facility where it will be utilized for reasons of safety
so we suggest that there will be individual storage for each building
for the Main Kitchen and Laundry and another for the Convention
Hall.

Rationale : Studies and experiences revealed that the need to install a

Centralized LPG Piping System is very essential to those
establishments who are consuming more than the normal
consumption of the LPG fuel utility. Thus, the industries dealing
with this kind of product have innovated a technical method by
simplifying the piping system yet safe to be used.

Project Description: Centralized LPG Piping Installation System (CLPGPS) is

an innovative way of Installing a simplified track to which the
LPG gas may pass through in a technically safety and
orderly manner. CLPGPS are mostly installed in medium
size to large restaurants and hotels where food preparation
is one of the main activities. This facility is also catered to
laundry shops, farms and other establishments using this
kind of product in massive quantities.
Objective: 1.) Convenient, safe, easy to maintain & organized technique of
LPG use.
2.) While on contract, delivery of supplies is free of charges.
3.) Free repair & maintenance.
4.) Free hands-on orientation as to safety handling of the product
and the entire facility
5.) Allow Cylinder on Loan scheme consumer do not need to
purchase the cylinders while the contract is enforce.
6.) Enjoy a special discounted price within the entire duration of the
contract

Methodology:

As per ocular inspection at the project site we come to draw

recommendations regarding the prescribed location of your storage facility. You may
consider the following:

1. There must be two (2) separate LPG storages for each of the following
structures One (1) for the Main Kitchen and Laundry and; One (1) storage for the
Convention Hall. This ensures safety and proper distribution of the Liquefied
Petroleum Gas (LPG);

2. Each storage should have the desired measurement depending upon

the demand of product usage. For the Kitchen & Laundry we recommend to
have a structure having a floor area of 6m x 6m x 2.5m enough for proper
ventilation. The structure should be covered with a louver walling so that the
product shall not be visibly exposed; for the Convention Hall a floor area of 4m x
6m x 2.5m is needed. Each structure must have a steel gate approximately
measuring 1 - 2 meters wide and 6 feet in height;

3. The driveway should be accessible for a 6-Wheeler truck for the delivery and
withdrawal of cylinders.

4. In as much as the product we will be using is highly inflammable, SAFETY for

the life and properties must be our utmost consideration, therefore we
recommend that the area must be kept away from the public and anything that
causes ignition.

OTHER RECOMMENDATIONS:

1.) With reference to the Project Site Development Plan of Henann Bohol Resort, we suggest
the storage structure be situated not too far from the area where it will be utilized. The
farther, the more materials we need for the building and the more it will be exposed to
hazard.
