Nevada is in the 9th circuit court of appeals.

The 11th article covers Education in the Nevada state constitution. There are ten sections within

the Education clause. In section one Legislature to encourage education. Section two Governs

uniform System of common schools, by doing so the uniform system of public schools removes

funding from the public schools to support non uniform, non-common schools. Section three

pledge of public lands, certain monies for education purposes. Section four establishment of state

University. Section five establishment of normal schools, grade schools. In addition to, section

six states, other means provided for the support and maintenance of said university and common

schools, the legislature shall provide for their support and maintenance by direct legislative

appropriation from the general fund, upon presentation of budgets in the manner required by law.

Section seven board of regents. Section eight immediate organization, maintenance of state

University. Section nine sectarian instruction prohibited in common school, University. Section

ten no public funds to be used for Sectarian purposes.
